The Texas Beast: Countdown
We're in Glen Rose, TX... population 2400. This will triple tomorrow with 5000 racers hitting down (mostly likely tonight)...
We went to the Rough Creek Lodge today to scope it and have lunch. Long, dry, rocky course with the uphills that will be dominated by carrying heavy shit. Also a lake crossing and the other water obstacles. My goal is 4:30. Can't wait. Arrrro!
