Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs...
Wow... been a long time since I did this workout. WAY fun... hard work too.. I can tell which parts of me are much improved, especially on the power/vertical moves and jumping. Amazing... lungs are not as good as they were for just cardio, but I didn't stop and I kept up.
Got a digital two-handed BMI / Body fat reader... just to see what 6 more weeks of a higher cardio program will do.
Opening readings: 13.4% body fat and 22 BMI.
784 calories burnt in the workout.

PS... yes, that was ONE ENTIRE day off without a workout. Ha!
