Weekend

Since my program is 5 days per week, it's nice to recover on the weekend. I needed that Saturday after a hard workout on Friday.
Today I did sprints on the treadmill then Cardio Abs... a great recovery style workout to get the sweat going without punishing the body too badly. Tomorrow is gameday and I'll need all the energy I have for sure.
