Weekend

You get the weekends off during Asylum... I understand why because at least after the 1st week, my body is still sore from the weekday work outs. Took Sat off and just couldn't handle another day off so I popped in one of the Insanity bonus DVDs: Upper Body Weight Training. It was great fun. Just about 50 minutes of weights mixed in with Insanity cardio to keep the heart rate up. I really enjoyed it and burned around 750 calories too. I feel 100% better for having a workout too, especially on my day off.
