Day 25

Cardio Recovery.... ahhhhhh done @ 5am since I have golf after work and doing Insanity at 8pm IS worse than Insanity. It's madness.
Pitch-black when I started... in the basement there's a great view out the windows into the back yard.
I'll take a picture next time...
As the sun rose it was beautiful and life-affirming... especially while doing power yoga. Really cool and makes the early hour much more palatable... the dogs were surprised to see me up 45 min early too... but I rushed to the basement and let them sleep until their normal time. Who's the crazy one right?
